1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
2 (9-oz.) pkg. frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
2 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup pre-shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
2 ounces Parmesan cheese, grated (about 1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 cup panko (Japanese-style breadcrumbs)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Pita chips, broccoli florets, and radishes, for serving
